Quick valve connection does not fit

The quick valve connection does not fit any male valve inserts. So the cylinder is pretty useless. Unable to buy the part required to make the cylinder work. I emailed Colt but come back unanswered.

Do not buy unless you have Colt pump

This tube has a specialized coupling that DOES NOT WORK with a simple flexible hose. Very expensive to buy this and find it doesn't work with anything but a matching Colt pump. NO RETURN even if package is unopened!!!
