The sleeve is shitty. Couldnt even fit my cock through it. The suction is shitty for dicks but does wonders if you want fat fingers. Only fingerling potato dicks can benefit from this product. For a first time pump experience, we didn't quite know what to expect. The pump is used basically just for domination/role playing during sex. The thing is, during the first "treatment" the ring broke.. completely split up the middle in half. I don't know if it's just because the seal is bad, but suction is very poor. For the price, the pump is pretty cheap plastic. Otherwise, we're happy with it in general. We just need a new seal. The measuring marks are really fun, and it's definitely important that there's a pressure gauge attached.
