This sound is of such high quality it looks like a surgical instrument. After struggling with a silicone barbel plug that is smaller I was able to use this to the full length no problem. It cleans up very nice and very smooth. I can't wait to graduate to larger sizes. The make of these is very smart to offer a one piece option.... it'll keep you coming back for more. I did use the high quality sterile lube and that made insertion oh so easy!

Unless you are supersized, this sound is simply to wide for the average man. Would not recommend for 'normal' users...
