I purchased the Thrill Pillow based on the 5 star recommendation of the sole previous reviewer. This product is good, but not 5 star quality Great.When you use this product properly, there's no way you can keep still. The positives:1. The product comes shipped discreetly.2. The unit itself is also tastefully inconspicuous, covered in black velvet and looks like a standard bed roll pillow that can be left out in the open without drawing too much attention. Honestly no-one would know unless they touched it.3. The storage unit built within is deep and you can easily hide additional toys/lube inside.4. The attachments are not floppy but firm with just the right amount of give; the extra ribbing and veining on each is spectacular.5. The attachments did not come with the usual oily, tacky stinky smell6. The thrusting action at both speeds are good; however, see #4 belowThose are the pluses. Here are the things that keep this product from being great.1. There are no instructions on set-up. The attachments screw in and you could easily strip the threads trying to figure out which side goes where and most times it screwed on lopsided. This alone was enough to make you lose excitement.2. The cylindrical base, though extremely sturdy, could use a tad bit more padding, as it is not comfortable to lie on or to squeeze. A long session will lead to tender spots along the ribs or underneath the shoulder blades; however, wrapping a pillow around it helps.3. When on, the unit is loud. Review the `YouTube' video for this product and that whirring sound in the back ground is muted compared to RL. There's no way you can discreetly use this if you're not home alone as the whirring sound can be heard through closed bedroom doors. You will need the TV or radio to be turned up to mask the sound.4. The thrusting action is good but not nearly as powerful and/or strong as you need it especially if you want deep, hard penetration to get the job done. If you get a little over-zealous and want it to hit a certain hard to reach spot and apply too much pressure you'll overwhelm it (it stops) and you could very easily burn the motor out ruining a 300+ investment.5. The cord needs to be longer and a tighter seal is needed surrounding the area where the female prong connects to the male power source. It easily slips out with the slightest movement. And when're you're close, it's a real bummer when it happens.6. Lube on all that velvet with no way to really clean it...Nice to haves:1. The on/off switch needs to be a different location2. One of the attachments could use a scrotum/ball base or a wider base period3. Extra replacement covering, but if you are handy with a sewing machine and a hot glue gun, you're good to go.4, Flexible, bendable arm/extension.Over all I recommend it.

I have had other sex machines and like most they don't do the job including this one...The one machine I can reccomend and that does the job is the Ceasar machine. Although limited in its storage possibillities since it's not foldable it's the best one in my oppinion out on the market for the money. This thrill pillow is a joke..The angle is totally off so you can't even get the dildoe in properly never mind the smell since the end of the pillow hits your nose and not to mention the loud noise. It only has 2 speeds but is useless as you can't even get the dildoe in properly du to the impossible angle of this. Another common flaw is that it's not a vaculock so you can't use your own dildoes of choice but have to stick with the 3 provided here that just simply are a total joke.The cord is not long enough and it plugs in on the inside of the pillow which tends to fall out and get entangled as one tries to manouver it to stay in the right position.The metal rod also spinns around so the dong gets on your sheets or couch with all that lube on it and creates a mess before you finally can get it in ...This is a complete ripp off and if I could return it, I would in an instant ....Now I'm out another 250 bucks on a piece of trash as that's exhactly where it's going on trash day......Sooooo dissapointing not to mentioin total loss of money....

i would say i hate it although ! bought it for prostate massage . it didnt work for me :-( the quest goes on .....
