I thought this plug would be just a bit wider. Still, it does fill you up and is easy to insert. It stays in by itself if you can take the full length. The base is smooth and small enough that the plug can be inserted backwards for a different feel and look. The ribs may be the best part. With a bit of squeezing you can really feel their action.

This is..........the light in the picture makes it a bit deceptive though I'm sure not deliberately--ringed, and not "nubbied" as far as toys go. It is also NOT small, at all. I am a relatively small framed person as an adult, yet, experienced in toys. I was challenged. The largest diameter bit was considerably larger than my wrist and a bit firmer (though possibly not larger) than the largest toys in my toybox.It is well tapered, and if not for the jelly-soft build endemic to this series of toys would be well designed for insertion. However, with the right use of flat surfaces around you and lubrication, it is an adventurous and challenging way to explore your tolerance for additional length AND diameter.Transcendent experience occurred from about half-successful use. Your mileage may vary. Very, very worth the purchase price for even that one attempt. I have tried to like three toys in this series so far, and of all I think I have been unable to say this, but here, without reservation: recommended.
