Pros:- It's huge. Advertised as 7" but the one that arrived was a full 8" long. I'd say they just sent the wrong one but the inner, hollow opening (where the penis slides into) was ~5.8" deep and the company's literature said their "7 inch" penis sleeve has a "5.8 inch" inner, hollow opening so I guess I really received their "7 inch" product. (The company's 8 inch model says it has an inner, hollow opening of 6.8" and what I got definitely does not have a 6.8" hollow opening). The outer diameter is 2 3/16" at the base, not the 2" listed, which gives it a girth of 7 3/16" around at the base, tapering very slightly about 3/4 of the way up the shaft to a girth of 7 1/16". I measured it by wrapping a paper strip around it, marking the paper and then laying the paper beside a ruler. Like I said, it's huge.- Extremely realistic looking. There's veins, small skin folds, etc. They obviously used the real thing to make a mold from. The coloring is like you see in the picture; a flesh-colored shaft and a slightly darker pinkish head.- The entire shaft feels real; it has a little "squish" to it but the whole thing is very solid. The ~ 2 3/4" end (what actually extends beyond the hollow, inner chamber your penis slides into) is solid rubber (or whatever it's made from) and feels exceptionally real; very dense. With it being solid, it won't go limp.- The diamater of the inner, hollow opening is 1 11/16" wide, so even a relatively well-endowed man should fit inside (in terms of girth).Cons:- The inner, hollow opening is only ~5.8" deep and if I'm really aroused I don't think I'm quite going to fit length-wise. (Why don't they just make the inner opening 6.5 inches deep since the average Amerian male is about 6" long?)- The very bottom of the hollow opening has a small blob of plastic where they inject the hot plastic into the mold to form the inner shell (the device is made of 2 parts; a hard plastic penis shell and then the soft rubber sleeve that fits tightly around the shell) which might be uncomfortable digging into the head of one's penis if you're around 5.8" long.- The strap that attaches to the top will go comfortably around your waist (good) but the other strap must attach at the bottom of the device (6 o'clock position) by going straight up over your scrotum (bad). Why didn't they just design it with 2 bottom straps at the 5 and 7 o'clock positions to avoid potentially painful gonad crushes in the heat of passion?)- Has a minor, annoying rubber latex smell.Summary: if your wife relishes a LARGE, firm penis during sex that will stay hard forever, she should be VERY happy but the guy might be a little uncomfortable using it.

This is an excellent product. I used it last night on my wife. She was leary on the size of it but ended up loving it and having a shattering orgasm. Sh said it felt like a real cock.
