It's effective and fun, but can be a bit tiring after a while. The positions are pretty limited. It's almost impossible to get this thing to nail you from behind unless you're on your hand and knees and have it beneath you. Trying to bounce it while it's under year is freaking difficult. I gave up. It's excellent if you just like missionary or standing, though. Alright for in a chair. It makes a lot of noise because of the air shifting through it while you pump it up and down. I am not a fan of that. The last thing that I want is anyone else in the house hearing a creaking, whistling noise going pft pft pft pft pft pft as I'm taking care of myself. Not a fan of that at all and it discourages me from using it. I'm a very private person, so it doesn't work well for me. If this is for couples' use then it would likely be better.
