I was a bit skeptical about this product--but I have been very satisfied. It gets the job done! The smaller tube is sufficient for me and it holds a decent amount of water. It comes apart easily and can be washed easily as well. I would recommend this product to anyone with such needs.

never used a big nozzle and can not imaging why will you need to use it )) but overall - nice for traveling

I guess if you are on the go, this is a good product to have but I assume a shower douche would work better and without the possibility of suction bringing anything back into the bulb during use.
