The Tantus Penis Sling is one of my favorite sex toys. It is extremely comfortable to wear - not just comfortable in the sense that it's "not-uncomfortable," it's actually quite enjoyable . . . it feels good. You can wear it backwards, with the tongue facing between your legs, or forwards with the tongue cradling your scrotum. Personally, I prefer it forwards.The Penis Sling is not particularly tight, once it's on, (although it's secure enough that it's not likely to just fall off.) So, it does not function as a traditional constricting ring. (You can wear one along with the Penis Sling, if desired.)This is definitely something to put on before you get excited. The instructions say to insert your scrotum first, and then your limp penis. Getting my completely limp penis into the Sling is a squeeze, but it doesn't hurt. The difficult part is getting both testicles in first. It's kind of a "one ball at a time" thing; not super easy but it can take a minute. It's so enjoyable to wear that I consider it absolutely worth the little bit of effort to get it on.Important note: This IS a silicone toy. Do not use silicone based lubricants, they will damage it. Comparing any water based lube to WET Premium is like comparing a tricycle to a Ferrari -- however, you don't have much choice if you want to use silicone toys. It loses one star for not being silicone lube compatible.(Perhaps I'm being unfair. This product probably deserves 5 Stars, but I really hate water based lubes, so I'm going to leave my rating as is.)

Feels great when used right. A lot of times you need to be in certain positions to get it to push and massage you. Would probably feel better with another massaging toy, but I still use and enjoy it!

I've been searching for the perfect cock ring for quite some time now, and this one comes the closest yet. It is surprisingly comfortable, even after wearing it for several hours, and quite effective too. The "tongue" between your legs is a different feeling and may take some getting used to, but I have grown to enjoy the feeling. This is a solid, sturdy product and it seems like it should last for a long time.
