I thought this would be a softer "jellie-like" ring that would have generous stretch. Not so. It is hard rubber and it snapped when I stressed it to see if it would stretch. Definitely not "super soft."

I am a prostatectomy patient and have been experimenting with C ring products to assist with blood outflow from the penis(I use ED meds for inflow).After some months of experimentation, I find the Tantus Super Soft C Ring the best for me. I have tried several products from this sight and from a medical supplier to restrict blood flow out of the penis. Tantus is the best provider (cost, durability, ease of use, comfort, blood control effectiveness); the medical supplier the worst provider (most expensive, most complicated, least comfortable and least effective device). The Super Soft 1.5" dia is difficult for me to get on but the best once I get it on and easy to remove. I should get better at using it, but am extremely happy with my early experience. You can get this around both the testicles and penis if you follow the directions and use a little lube before you get aroused - it does stretch. If you fail with this try the 1.75" Tantus C Ring which is less elastic but the larger dia makes it easier to get on. FYI my equipment is slightly larger than average and I found this C ring about the best fit for me between being too tight and not being tight enough to restrict blood flow.

I consider myself to have an 'average' size endowment...and I could wear this ring for about 30 mins before my junk started complaining about the tightness. At the 1 hour mark I would have sworn that someone was trying to make my stuff fall off by ripping it loose. Unless you like c-rings that are uber- tight or you are into CBT I would not get these.
