These are woonderful training plugs we have used the small and medium...the largest sie so far we have not used...but have really enjoyed the two that we have used...I would recommend these.

The sizes are fine (agree with the others that the biggest one is quite a bit larger than the medium one), but these cannot be put in the dishwasher or boiled for disinfecting...you'll have to use toy cleaner on these guys. :)
