As I wrote in the title: the sound came as described and works great... but it doesn't come in that nice red storage box that's pictured in this listing and that I've seen it sold with at other places. But the good parts: it runs on one AA Battery and the loop on the end does allow you to hang it for storage. The diameter is not for a first time sound user! If the person using it isn't used to wide sounds or finds the width uncomfortable going in they can either work up to this size in the future to enjoy the vibration or grin and bear it until the wide part is completely inside the urethra and it narrows again, giving the opening of the urethra a break. There's only one speed. You turn it on by screwing the top tight which makes the battery initiate contact. To turn it off, you unscrew the top almost to the point where you'd remove it completely.

It is a tad short.I purchased this item and received it fairly quickly. customer service was very good as there was an issue at first. the first one i received the wiring was not intact, and did not work but was quickly replaced. so good work there.But the item in question has a few minor complaints.- the leads to the battery are a little short as the vibration is a bit intermittent, will either be very strong or weak but it also cuts out entirely at times. when it does work and after a little tinkering with it i fixed the control for the most part it is great but kind of annoying when it just stops in the middle.- the insertion shaft of it is fairly short, i would say maybe 5 inches so it doesn't get very deep, but this isn't the XL version they do sell so that is to be expected. th picture is a little misleading, as it does not have the red box(came in a plastic baggie) nor is the shaft smooth, the 'head' is a bit larger then the rest of the shaft and feels a bit rough between the joint there.while i am sure several people will find this wonderful, it is nice but not up to the task at times, the intermittent vibration and the fairly short length added to the spacing gap between head and shaft gives a satisfying but not fulfilling experience and a little bit of irritation while using it.would not recommend this item very strongly, but maybe getting the longer one would have solved several of my issues with it.and as the other reviewer said, that red box would have been nice.

I would have rated it higher if the AAA battery came with the product. There was nothing writen on the package to tell me what size I needed. I found out only by looking at the product description on Amazon. Which states "battery is included".
