They do just what they're supposed to as far as I can see. I've never tried to dialate my bottom. Only recently realized it would be useful if not necessary if my wife is going to peg me. Actually I doubt I'll get her to use a strap on but I hope she will use one or more of these dialators and maybe insert a butt plug. These are quite smooth. I've only used the smallest but I can see I'll be able to use the mid size one too. I don't think the big one will be required thank you.

They work well enough but they are a little long. My wife loves the stimulation from the mid sized one while were friggin. The large one is something to work up to.
