This is a nice well made toy, the bubble makes it more of a toy than a standard plug. I gave it 4 stars only because it is a plug that dose not plug, it dose not stay in well, it slips out with little effort, if you hold it in place it will add to your satisfaction but this limits its use. The base is also quite large and we found the base uncomfortable at times. If you are looking for a plug that plugs, look for one with a longer, thiner shaft between the base and last bubble, bump or head.P.S. although this plug might be a little large for a starter plug, it is tapered well and with a little time and patience I believe you could skip a starter plug and work yourself right over this one.

Whether you ever use this beautiful blue boro-silicate cobalt blue glass plug as intended, it's a real beauty, suitable for setting on a windowsill , or illuminated base, just to see the gorgeous color! I bought this cobalt plug as a gift for a friend overseas. The item arrived promptly and I opened it up and tried to fit it into the supplied padded cloth pouch, but alas, the pouch was too small!I contacted the supplier by email right away, and shortly thereafter, their rep, Michael called me to say that apparently the manufacturer had make a mistake, and right away, he sent me a beautiful red and black satin pouch, which is just the right size, so I must give three thumbs up, (he,he), to LoverSource, for their prompt and courteous customer service!
